Summary
Job Description
The Concierge is the point person to residents, guests, and vendors and provides guidance and assistance to the community. He/She welcomes and acknowledges all guest in accordance to company standards, answers phone calls, monitors and provides door access, accepts packages and deliveries, maintains building and parking logs, responds to resident request promptly, follows and enforces all community safety and security policies, programs, procedures and rules, and regulations; ensures lobby and common areas are kept cleared and cleaned.
Requirements
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED Required
0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
Certifications or Licenses - none
Working Conditions
Non-Typical office environment (frequent standing, walking, talking, etc.), both inside activities and outside activities.
Overtime required (on-call, weekends, 24hr emergency, etc.)
Frequent social interaction
