Day Shift Concierge – High-Rise Condominium
Location: Downtown Nashville
Reports To: Property Manager / Building Supervisor
Position Overview
The Day Shift Concierge is the welcoming face of the building, providing exceptional service and support to residents, guests, and vendors during daytime hours. This role balances hospitality, security awareness, and operational coordination in a luxury high-rise environment. Ideal for individuals who thrive on multitasking, clear communication, and creating a positive first impression.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly, offering assistance and information
- Manage visitor check-ins, vendor access, and package deliveries
- Monitor building access points and surveillance systems
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns
- Coordinate amenity reservations and assist with building events or notices
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure common areas are presentable
- Enforce building policies with professionalism and discretion
- Log daily activity, incidents, and service interactions accurately
- Liaise with property management, maintenance, and housekeeping teams
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or residential concierge preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with building management software or digital scheduling tools
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in addressing resident needs
Shift Details
- This is a daytime, front-facing role with high resident interaction
- Uniform or dress code may be required
