Associa is currently looking for a Compliance Officer in Beaverton, OR.A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, and compliance issues and accurately recording and following up on findings. This position works in close collaboration with the Community General Manager and Community Assistant Manager.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person, and electronically.
  • Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of Community guidelines to determine validity of complaint(s) and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
  • Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain Community compliance and aesthetics.
  • Inspecting dog park and playground to ensure cleanliness—reporting issues to Management Team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Schedule:

 

Monday - Friday for 8-5 (hour lunch); after 30 days 4/10s Tuesday - Friday 7-5:30 PM 30 min lunch

 

Requirements

 

Valid drivers license
