Job Description

The Compliance Managerwill successfully lead their committee to provide service in order to ensure the tidiness, cleanliness, and welcoming appearance of privately-owned units and any common elements in Eagle Vail Property Owners Association the adherence to the Association’s design guidelines and rules and regulations prior to, during, and following the architectural review process. Due to the nature of this position, some evening and weekend hours may be required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Educate and enforce all declarations, covenant and rules and regulations of Eagle Vail.
  • Enforce violations per local, state and federal requirements.
  • Process Member design review applications for the Association.
  • Responsible for the coordination of the architectural review tracking process, including verification, notification, file maintenance, and follow up in conjunction with the design Review Administrator.
  • Prepare information and support documents for discussion items on meeting agendas.
  • Ensure appropriate Member files, documents, and notices/correspondence are stored for proper retention online or in hard copy, as appropriate.
  • Review and understand the Management contract requirements and all Association governing documents.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of Association guidelines, governing documents, operating policies and

procedures, and federal, state, and local statutes as they may pertain to the responsibilities and duties of the position as described herein.

  • Maintain working knowledge of internal systems.
  • Assist in organizing public education and community events such as community clean up, yard sale day and others.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must have a working knowledge of both the legal process for the community in regards to fines, assessments, liens, and the state statutes regarding due process.

Compensation:

  • $72,000-75,000 experience considered
