Compliance Inspector – HOAMCO (Las Cruces, NM)
HOAMCO is seeking a Part-Time HOA Compliance Inspector for Las Cruces, NM. This position has a role of driving our community ensuring residents are compliant with our community regulations. We are looking for a dependable candidate with a clean driving record who understands the importance of excellent customer service.
A company vehicle is provided while working these shifts.
This is a part-time position.

Compliance Inspector – HOAMCO (Las Cruces, NM)
HOAMCO is seeking a Part-Time HOA Compliance Inspector for Las Cruces, NM. This position has a role of driving our community ensuring residents are compliant with our community regulations. We are looking for a dependable candidate with a clean driving record who understands the importance of excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- Clean driving record
- Exceptional customer service
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Conflict resolution experience, able to cope with homeowner concerns
- Familiarity with Homeowners Associations preferred
- Send homeowners violation notices
- Communicate with Homeowners as needed
- Coordinate and conduct drive by and walking inspections noting property violations
- Computer savvy, specific program training provided
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent customer service is a key component of this position
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of community CC&Rs and policies
- Follow Board and/or Manager requests in regards to Compliance enforcement
