Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for providing all assistance to the Community Standards Manager and Community Manager which includes daily customer service to homeowners and HOA board members as well as performing a wide spectrum of duties that are essential to successfully enforcing community Covenants, Compliance & Regulations (CC&R’s). Data entry of homeowner violations and architectural submittals.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Research issues of non-compliance and prepares documentation for Committee/Board review.
- Records and tracks compliance information through company database
- Working outside performing inspections/issuing HOA violations/speaking with residents.
- Maintains detailed records of compliance through investigations and follow up reports of non-compliance.
- Investigates issues of complaints/accusations brought against second parties by homeowners and makes determinations based on these findings.
- Oversees the preparation of all Courtesy Notices, Fines Notices and all related compliance issues as well as landscape submittals.
- Conducts routine physical inspections of all assigned neighborhoods to ensure compliance of association CC&R’s.
- Educated homeowners on proper submittal processes and compliance administration.
- Meets with and provides ongoing education to homeowner committees.
- Develops and utilizes a tracking system that ensures timely implementation of compliance.
- Monitors software database to uphold guideline standards.
- Assists with ARC submittal process and inspections.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Must detail oriented.
- Must have reliable transportation to work on location at association
- High school diploma
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Team player willing to assist where needed
Pay and Benefits:
$18 to $22, depending on education and experience.
