Summary: The Compliance and Design Review Coordinator prepares evidence and ensures compliance for all community association penalty matters as well as serves as a liaison between homeowners and the Design Review Board.

Requirements:

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete all community site visits for compliance inspections, per contracted terms.
  • Document, photograph and record all violations while maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and inspections made and work with homeowners to resolve issues.
  • Assists in the creation and adoption of relevant policies based upon state statutes and the Association’s governing documents.
  • Reviews and signs all compliance communications.
  • Point of contact for member call-ins/communications and compliance.
  • Prepares facts and evidence of all hearings/penalty matters for manager.
  • Provides confidential administrative support to the Architectural and Community Standards Board and acts as a liaison between homeowners and Design Review Board.
  • Coordinate design review administration.
  • Assist community members with the review of Design Review Standards and submission of architectural design review applications.
  • Inspect completion of design review approvals and/or design review compliance matters.
  • Updates reports accordingly for managers.
  • Scanning and organization of documents.
  • Practice and adhere to Keystone’s Core Values, Mission, and Vision.
  • Any additional job duties as required by supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Must possess valid Driver’s License and maintain clean MVR.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Organizational and computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Obtain strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in English.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of HOA experience preferred.
