Compliance Administrator – HOAMCO (Central Coast, CA)
HOAMCO is seeking a full-time employee as a Compliance Administrator. This candidate will build relationships through communication, and deliver exceptional customer service. Knowledge of HOA Compliance is preferred. This candidate needs the ability to properly communicate professionally verbal and written. The core of this role is to ensure the homeowners are not in violation of their community’s governing documents.
This full-time position is offered benefits after 60 days of employment: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Holiday Pay and more.
Qualifications:
- Clean driving record.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Conflict resolution experience, able to cope with homeowner concerns.
- Familiarity with Homeowners Associations preferred.
Job Duties:
- Ensuring the homeowners are not in violation of their community’s governing documents.
- Communicate and meet with Homeowners as needed.
- Ability to proofread and professional process correspondence; both verbal and written.
- Skilled with coordinating, planning and supporting daily administrative functions.
- Computer savvy, specific program training provided
- Work in a team environment and ability to be a skilled communicator.
- Positive customer service is a key component of this position, high standard for customer service.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of community CC&R policies.
