The primary goal of the Community Standards Associate is to support the community standards team with a common goal of preserving and enhancing property standards.

Developed by Tellus Group, Windsong Ranch is 2,030 acres and will include 2,900 single-family homes, 300 townhomes, 600 acres of open space, trails, three schools, a neighborhood café, a full-scale amenity center , five acre Crystal Lagoon and outdoor classrooms where people can learn from nature.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Performing a variety of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks
- Offering information, assistance, and materials to new and existing homeowners
- Educating homeowners with regards to modification applications and governing documents
- Coordinating modification applications through the approval / denial process
- Assisting with compliance inspections
- Processing and tracking violations
- Organizing and maintaining files
- Responding to homeowner phone calls and emails
- One year experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and telephone demeanor
- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving skills
- Computer skills that include a working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and walk long distances over diverse terrain
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and a personal vehicle with current liability insurance – standard mileage reimbursement provided
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
