Job Description

A Site Inspector is an entry-level position that plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Onsite role in corporate office located in Chantilly, VA.
  • Notify communities of scheduled site inspections.
  • Travel to communities in the VA and MD areas to conduct annual site inspections.
  • Utilize Inspection Check list given by Board of Directors to conduct inspections.
  • Drive and walk through properties, conduct investigations, look for code and compliance violations.
  • Take photographs and notes of violations.
  • Record violations utilizing a tablet.
  • Generate violation report using a template and send to site mangers for Board of Directors to review.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • $16.50 an hour.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with attentiveness, foresight, and vigilance.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Highly organized, works proactively, takes initiative, and anticipates needs.
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record is required.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required;Associates Degree Preferred.
