Our Association is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator to join our team at Amerige Heights in Fullerton. In this onsite role, you will be the heart of our community, dedicated to ensuring our residents experience unparalleled support and care.

As the Community Relations Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between residents and the HOA management team, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents feel valued, heard, and supported in all their needs. You’ll work closely with residents to resolve concerns, offer personalized assistance, and enhance their overall living experience.

Job Description

  • Facilitate resident services including coordinating resident moves, and resident common area reservations.
  • Maintains building access system.
  • Assists Residents with general questions regarding account information and maintenance requests.
  • Provides information to Residents regarding Association policies and procedures.
  • Prepares and distributes regular Management communications to the front desk staff and to Residents.
  • Assists Manager Assistant and General Manager with tasks as needed.
  • Fills in for the Manager Assistant when needed.

Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality, luxury property management, luxury retail, or fine dining is preferred. Hospitality Management college students and graduates will be considered in lieu of experience.
  • Must have open and flexible work availability.
  • Polished and professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Upbeat and positive team player attitude.
  • Strong judgment and solutions-oriented problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and engaging customer service approach

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
