Job Overview

Taylor Management Company is actively looking for a dedicated and experienced High-Rise Community Manager to lead the administration, management, and operations of prestigious luxury high-rise buildings located in Hudson County, NJ. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing unparalleled support to the Board of Directors, developing and implementing Association policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, while effectively coordinating with all personnel, vendors, and contractors to meet the community’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, resolutions, and the goals set forth by the Board of Directors.
  • Fully comprehend the Association’s governing documents, rules, regulations, and legal obligations.
  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of the Association.
  • Develop specifications for all services required by the Association.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to guarantee compliance with the Association’s standards.
  • Foster and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  • Attend all Board meetings providing insightful updates and reports.
  • Exhibit a consistently positive demeanor in all interactions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational abilities and acute attention to detail.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in High-Rise Community Management is essential.
  • Facility Management experience is preferred.
  • Industry designations such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, or ARM are advantageous, but not required.
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Availability for emergency calls 24⁄7 is required.
