Job Overview
Taylor Management Company, a leader in luxury property management, is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced High-Rise Community Manager to oversee the administration and operations of prestigious luxury high-rise buildings located in Hudson County, NJ. This role requires a proactive individual who will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure seamless management and uphold the community’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the policies, procedures, and goals established by the Board of Directors.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Association governing documents, rules, and legal requirements.
- Manage the financial operations of the Association and ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Prepare detailed specifications for all services required by the Association.
- Conduct routine property inspections to verify adherence to the Association’s regulations.
- Cultivate and maintain vendor relationships to ensure effective service delivery.
- Attend Board meetings and provide updates on community management activities.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.
Required Skills
- A strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in Community Association (COA) or Homeowner Association (HOA) management.
- At least five (5) years of proven experience in High-Rise Community Management.
- Facility Management experience is preferred.
- Industry designations such as CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CPM, or ARM are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available for emergency calls 24⁄7.
