Job Overview

Taylor Management Company is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations, administration, and management of a prestigious Luxury High-Rise Condominium situated in Hudson County, NJ. The ideal candidate will work in close collaboration with the Board of Directors, ensuring the establishment and enforcement of Association policies, procedures, rules, and regulations. This role is pivotal in harmonizing the efforts of all Association personnel, vendors, and contractors while proactively responding to the community’s evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the fulfillment of policies, procedures, resolutions, and objectives as set by the Board.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of the Association’s governing documents, rules, regulations, and legal obligations.
  • Manage the financial operations of the Association effectively.
  • Develop specifications necessary for all services required by the Association.
  • Perform regular property inspections to maintain compliance with the Association’s standards.
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with vendors.
  • Actively participate in all Board meetings.
  • Uphold a consistently positive demeanor.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Maintain exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Possess a CMCA designation or show willingness to pursue CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations.
  • Exhibit a minimum of three years of experience in Property Management.
  • Previous experience in managing High-Rise properties is required.

Qualifications
