Job Description

Premier West End HOA seeks an experienced and creative Assistant Community Manager. Reports directly to the Community Manager.

• Excellent professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.) with an ability to successfully interact with a wide variety of people.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques and creative problem solving at a proficient level.
• This position requires a great deal of direct contact with owners, contractors, and the public.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Maintain and update communities’ sources of communication (including, but not limited to newsletters, social media, phone, email, etc.)
• Coordinates social events in the community.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products at a proficient level.
• Supervise and schedule part-time employees.
• Participates in Board of Director meetings, committee meetings, staff meetings and completes appropriate coordinating action items.
• Some nights and weekends required for meetings, programs, and events.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
• Previous experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
