Job Description

CAM Admin Assistant needed for Professional Community Management Office.

We are seeking front office person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a friendly easy-going personality with excellent customer service skills and can deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Entry-level position responsible for day-to-day activities such as:

  • Violation & ARC processing
  • Handing Amenity requests
  • Community Mailouts
  • Invoice uploads
  • Filing Annual Corp Reports
  • Maintaining owner information & account notations including document scanning.
  • Responding to emails daily
  • Assisting with phone calls, incoming/outgoing mail and background applications.
  • Processing PUD questionnaires and estoppels

Qualifications:

  • One (1) year experience in professional office required.
  • Must be able reliable and able to work Mon-Fri 8:30AM-5:00PM
  • Must be detail-oriented with ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and workflow
  • Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Able to work independently as well as in team environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driver’s License required.
  • Bilingual a plus but not required.
