Job Description
The On-site Community Manager is the main support and connection between the Board, Committees, and Residents at this established, 55+ condominium community
Community/Administrative Management
- Meet with new owners and provide an orientation to the community
- Act as a liaison between trustees, committees, residents, and vendors.
- Communicate via phone/email regarding property maintenance activities and planned projects.
- Enforce the rules & regulations of the community. Issue notices and violation letters when appropriate.
- Create community notices and mailings.
- Support committees pursuant to their charters and as directed by the board of trustees
- Maintain resident files and vendor contacts.
- Maintain online portal
- Provide administration for the Architectural Review Process
- Assist portfolio manager in the preparation of materials for the monthly board meeting
- Attend board meetings that are held during regular business hours.
Financial Management:
- Work Closely with Board treasurer in monitoring expenses
- Code Invoices according the budget
- Maintain back-up schedules to support contract management and budget preparation
Facilities Management
- Schedule and meet vendors to provide proposals and/or perform repairs
- Ensure project completion with proper follow up to Residents, Portfolio Manager, and Trustees
- Create work orders for maintenance; oversee maintenance activities and schedule work orders with maintenance staff and vendors.
- Perform regular site inspections of the property.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn our web-based property management software.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
- Professional demeanor, approachable attitude, excellent listening skills, and desire to be of assistance.
- A can-do attitude with a sincere commitment to the position
- A focus and appreciation for client satisfaction
- Ability and desire to learn
