Pay Range: From $75K

 

The Dartmouth Group, an Associa Company, is looking for an experienced Community Manager with high energy to manage a large condominium community in Quincy, MA.

 

The Community Manager is responsible for achieving the financial & operational goals, managing vendors, and maintaining positive resident relations and interactions with board members at all times. Strong facilities/ maintenance/ construction/ project management experience is required for this role. The manager will provide prompt responses to board and resident requests. Follow-through and completion of tasks at hand are a must.

 

Requirements

 

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

 

A minimum of 3 years of property management experience with Condominiums or non-profit Boards/related experience is required. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, are required, and CAI/IREM credentials are preferred. Must be able to pass a drug test.
