The Dartmouth Group, an Associa Company, is looking for an on-site property manager to manage a high-end townhouse condominium community in Quincy, MA.

The Property manager is responsible for achieving the operational goals, managing vendors, and maintaining positive resident relations and interactions with board members and homeowners at all times. This position includes a variety of light maintenance tasks to maintain a 101-unit high-end townhouse property including:

Daily seasonal pool maintenance including cleaning, adjusting chemicals, and conducting water testing. Maintaining a clean pool area.

Performing minor repairs to property exteriors as needed, and maintaining a clean property at all times

Managing and executing the timely completion of property work orders from owners

Perform ongoing assessment of the property to determine repair needs

Oversee vendors and contractors performing work on the property to ensure vendors are providing service in accordance with contract specifications

Soliciting bids from vendors, and contractors for various property projects

Work in conjunction with the condo association board and take direction from the board as needed to maintain the property

Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy

Procure equipment and supplies for the property

Serve as the daily liaison between the owners and the condo association board; respond to requests from owners timely

Perform minor handyman tasks as needed and as directed by the board

Prepare weekly reports for the association board

Review and provide detail on monthly spending.

Prepare monthly newsletter

The property manager will provide prompt responses to board and resident requests. Follow-through and completion of tasks at hand are a must.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills and the ability to multitask.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of on-site property management/ maintenance experience with Condominiums experience is recommended.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office, are required.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
