Job Description
The Onsite General Manager is responsible for supervising the administrative support staff of the Community Association assigned. The Manager will also assist with oversight and support of the various departments within the Community Association including Food & Beverage, Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, Lifestyle, etc. The Onsite Manager is the liaison to the board members and residents primarily, but will also occasionally interact with vendors and committee members, as well as staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player. Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
- 2 – 5 years of directly related or closely related experience preferred
