HOA Community Association Manager - HOAMCO (Flagstaff, AZ)

We are seeking to hire an HOA Community Association Manager. The Community Association Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of communities in the Flagstaff area. This is a great opportunity.

Full-time position and benefits are available after 60 days; PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Holiday Pay and more.

Qualifications

• Community Management Experience is preferred
• Management skills a must
• Professional and friendly Demeanor
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
• Works wells independently
• Team player
• Computer savvy – Outlook , Word and Excel

Position Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State , federal and local laws
• Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets
• Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents
• Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget
• Manage and maintain community documents and records
• Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management
• Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service
• Community communications as needed
