Qualifications:
- Community Management Experience is preferred.
- Management skills a must
- Professional and friendly Demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
- Works wells independently
- Team player
- Computer savvy – Outlook , Word, and Excel, One Drive and Share Point
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors and members of the community.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State , federal and local laws.
- Facilitate and attend community meetings - Preparation of Board Packets
- Oversee with the Compliance Administrator CC&R’s and governing documents.
- Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget
- Manage and maintain community documents and records.
- Review contractual services and on-site work as needed - Project Management
- Ensure vendors, contractors requests are appropriately executed maintaining records of service.
- Community communications as needed.
