Job Details Crofton Mews Condominium, located in beautiful Crofton, MD, is in need of a part-time Community Coordinator to join our team! As a Community Coordinator, your responsibilities will include effective communication between managers, residents and vendors, and assisting managers and board members with community developments. Qualified candidates will have great attention to detail, be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, possess administrative and computer skills, and demonstrate exceptional communication. 20 hours per week, 8am - 12pm M-F plus one evening meeting each month. As the Crofton Mews Community Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate with Community Managers, Board of Directors, Vendors and/or Residents regarding scheduled work and repairs
  • Communicate with Community Managers, Vendors and/or Residents regarding pest control treatments, water shut off notices, common area repairs, etc.
  • Communication via: Postings in buildings, email blasts, mailings, individual email communication and phone calls
  • Track and update inspection schedule
  • Write violation letters to homeowners for manager approval
    • First notices, second notices, hearing notices, hearing results/fining notices and compliance notices
  • Attend hearings regarding violations
  • Take phone calls from Residents regarding issues
  • With Manager approval take appropriate action / call plumber / call service contractor
  • Track and review water intrusion / insurance repairs
  • Enter and update maintenance request in systems
  • Develop preliminary Board meeting agenda
  • Attend Board meetings to take the meeting minutes and update tasks
  • Update Action item list from Board meetings plus ongoing additions
  • Review and update item follow-through
  • Update SEC Call log and Unit Notes log
  • Meet weekly with Manager and Board, if available regarding update of new/existing items
