Community Concierge - The Villas at Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ)
This position is a full-time position, a great opportunity for customer service oriented persons to work at the beautiful Villas at Seven Canyons located in Sedona, AZ.
The Community Concierge is positioned to provide an all-encompassing set of amenities to the Owners and guests. They exhibit and promote the company’s values and, act as the face of the Villas when it comes to owner communication.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes owners and Seven Canyons members as they enter. Provide directions and information regarding the Villas and the Seven Canyons Club.
- Get to know each owner/guest individually and learn their names to help provide personalized services in the future.
- Remind owners/guests of upcoming events at Seven Canyons and Sedona.
- Deliver received mail or packages.
- Produce arrival packets and materials useful to owners/guests during their stay.
- Utilize RDP for check in and check out procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of owner’s storage items and profiles.
- Help with day-to-day needs: answer resident questions and answer phone calls to ensure owners and their guests are properly taken care of throughout the day. Dispatch engineering or housekeeping to address requests.
- Aiding with travel and entertainment needs: assist long term owners as well as new owners find a table at restaurants, schedule tours and learn about activities. The community concierge has a proactive approach to help owners and guests arrange birthday celebrations, meetings, or family get-togethers. Offers to make reservations and suggest activities according to the owner’s profile.
- Take reservations and maintain reservation requests received from owners.
- Attend concierge related events in town to network and learn about new activities to offer owners and guests
- Maintaining cleanliness: In between daily tasks, a residential concierge will ensure communal areas stay orderly, so owners are always coming home to a comfortable and clean environment.
- Emergency and safety assistance: Dispatch engineers or call emergency services in the event of a medical emergency or threat to resident safety. Complete incident report as needed.
- If a resident is experiencing an inconvenience, the concierge will then work to resolve the issue and facilitate a solution.
- Marketing: The Community Concierge will assist with communications and events which includes organizing owner mixers, curating social media content, generating email newsletters and mass emails.
Other Duties:
- Communicate clearly in a friendly manner with the Villas team.
- Collaborate with the Seven Canyons team and promote a sense of unity throughout the property.
- Willingly perform any task outside the normal job parameters that are assigned which may be required to help the Villas at Seven Canyons, The Club at Seven Canyons and HOAMCO meet required goals and standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent in person customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Experience working in the Hospitality Industry.
- Experience using property management software.
Work Environment:
- May be required to stand long periods of time.
- May be required to work weekends and holidays.
