Who We’re Looking For

Position Description: The Clubhouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all community clubhouse arrangements are properly and fluidly run.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
  • Assist residents with their clubhouse & access device requests over the phone & email
  • Set up clubhouse rentals to ensure the clubhouse is ready for upcoming events
  • Mail out access devices every week
  • Track access devices via Excel spreadsheets
  • Process clubhouse requests and access device payments
  • Update vendor information for our Customer Care Team
  • Order access devices to ensure we are fully stocked on all access devices
  • Keep track of clubhouse events for accurate billing at the end of the month
  • Cover front desk lunches
  • Completing closing duties at the end of each business day

Requirements:

Skills & Proficiencies:

  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
