Position Description: The Clubhouse Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all community clubhouse arrangements are properly and fluidly run.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
- Assist residents with their clubhouse & access device requests over the phone & email
- Set up clubhouse rentals to ensure the clubhouse is ready for upcoming events
- Mail out access devices every week
- Track access devices via Excel spreadsheets
- Process clubhouse requests and access device payments
- Update vendor information for our Customer Care Team
- Order access devices to ensure we are fully stocked on all access devices
- Keep track of clubhouse events for accurate billing at the end of the month
- Cover front desk lunches
- Completing closing duties at the end of each business day
Skills & Proficiencies:
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
- Strong organizational skills
- An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
