Job Description

CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a banking professional to join our Community Banking Services team team in servicing client management companies and community associations. You will have the opportunity to perform in a technology driven environment using our internally developed world-class accounting and financial reporting software. Responsibilities
The Community Banking Associate is responsible for setting up, maintaining and closing client bank accounts with CiraConnect's banking partners in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The position responsibilities include the following:
- Set up new client bank accounts
- Process Intra-bank transfers
- Process wire transfers
- Process bank account closure and final disbursement request for terminating clients
- Process debit card requests
- Process CD account opening with partner banks
- Process Community Banking department email, cases and tasks
- Special banking related projects as requested
- Maintain communication with banking partner relationship managers
- Make special requests and troubleshoot problems with banking partners
- Plus other work related tasks as needed
Qualifications
The qualifications for this position include the following:
- Attention to detail and a desire to do it right the first time
- Fraud expereince.
- A strong customer service personality and willingness to help are highly desired
- 5+ years banking experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Pay and Benefits:
$18.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience
