Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the community management industry.
  • Ability to manage work orders for maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of community grounds and buildings.
  • Respond to inquiries and questions from trustees and attend meetings as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with owners, residents, and trustees through various channels.
  • Handle administrative issues and conflicts within the portfolio communities.
  • Coordinate capital projects and review financial reports.
  • Ensure proper insurance coverage for each condominium in the portfolio.
  • Organize and conduct annual election meetings.
  • Collaborate in budget planning and review/approval process.
  • Manage billing and enforce condominium rules and regulations.
  • Oversee contractor services and maintain detailed project records.
  • Be on call for emergency situations 24/7.
  • Experience with CAI Certifications is a bonus.
