- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the community management industry.
- Ability to manage work orders for maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of community grounds and buildings.
- Respond to inquiries and questions from trustees and attend meetings as needed.
- Communicate effectively with owners, residents, and trustees through various channels.
- Handle administrative issues and conflicts within the portfolio communities.
- Coordinate capital projects and review financial reports.
- Ensure proper insurance coverage for each condominium in the portfolio.
- Organize and conduct annual election meetings.
- Collaborate in budget planning and review/approval process.
- Manage billing and enforce condominium rules and regulations.
- Oversee contractor services and maintain detailed project records.
- Be on call for emergency situations 24/7.
- Experience with CAI Certifications is a bonus.
