About The Role

Become a valued member of the Taylor Management Company as a Portfolio Manager, where you will oversee community management activities and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management
  • Handle work order processing and maintenance scheduling
  • Conduct regular inspections of portfolio communities
  • Address trustee inquiries and participate in meetings
  • Communicate effectively with owners, residents, and trustees
  • Manage capital projects and review financial reports
  • Ensure appropriate insurance coverage for each condominium
  • Facilitate annual election meetings and budget planning
  • Review and approve bills for properties
  • Enforce rules and regulations of condominiums
  • Coordinate contractor services and maintain detailed records
  • Be available for emergency calls on a 24/7 basis
  • Familiarity with CAI certifications is a bonus
