Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the community management industry.
- Responsible for coordinating maintenance and repair work by accepting, creating, preparing, and submitting work orders to schedule crews.
- Regularly inspect grounds and buildings of portfolio communities.
- Address trustee inquiries and attend monthly meetings with trustees as needed.
- Communicate effectively with owners/residents and the board of trustees through various channels to resolve administrative issues.
- Handle unit owners' inquiries regarding common areas, conflicts, and resolutions with the board of trustees.
- Coordinate capital projects and review/approve monthly financial reports for distribution to trustees.
- Ensure each condominium has appropriate insurance coverage and conduct annual election meetings.
- Collaborate on budget planning, review/approve bills, enforce Condominium Documents, and solicit bids/services from contractors.
- Maintain detailed records and handle emergency calls 24/7.
- Experience with CAI Certifications is advantageous.
