Responsibilities
The Community Association Manager (CAM) is the key ambassador of Keystone. He/she will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the daily operations of a portfolio of community associations delivers professional services and exceptional customer satisfaction in accordance with the service level agreement, and in alignment with the company’s guiding principles.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working closely with the Board of Directors, developer and/or builder, to manage and operate the community, facilitate solutions to problems, promote community harmony, enforce deed restrictions and increase value of each community.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Standard CAM Tasks:
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Regulations
- Knowledge of Community Governing Documents and Florida Statutes

- Conduct Budget Workshops as necessary.

- RFP Preparation
- Query clients to ensure Keystone is maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Take action on any areas needing improvement.
- Conduct site inspections regularly. Identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans in order to improve the property and ensure cleanliness, compliance and safety.
- Work in collaboration with the Compliance Officer on Associations where they complete site inspections.
- Monitor and take action on all community related communications.
- Promptly respond to emergency situations.
- Comply with statutory requirements regarding record keeping.
- Administrative Functions:
- Submit Invoices to Keystone.
- Monitor and adhere to budgets.
- Effective, timely and professional client, vendor and co-worker communication.
- Coordinate and approve time off requests for on-site employees.
- Provide weekly manager’s report to supervisor.
- Miscellaneous:
- Maintain Community Association Manager License and the necessary continuing education.
- Serve as an ambassador of corporate culture and growth by leading by example.
- Read and comply with the Real Manage and Keystone Property Management Group’s Employee Handbooks.
- Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as directed by Management.
Perform and or participate in any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties/tasks as assigned by Management

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Florida state community association manager license required
- Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required.
- CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Pay and Benefits:
$60,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.
