As a member of our team you will enjoy working within our "Team Approach to Association Management". This unique approach provides you the opportunity to effectively communicate with the Board of Directors, vendors and staff members and dedicate your time to managing your property. Our full service accounting department works on the development of the budgets and financial reports, pays vendor bills, renews insurance policies and collects all monies owed to the community. We provide an excellent support staff and encourage work/life balance.
Your duties include but are not limited to:
Implementing the decisions of the board of directors in running the day to day operations of the communities
Performing site inspections, documenting violations and corrections
Attending BOD and Committee meetings and preparing timely minutes
Preparing BOD packets prior to meetings
Involvement in the Budget Process
Obtaining bids from vendors
Effectively communicating with Board of Directors
Managing and coaching onsite staff
Monitoring contracts
Preparing mailings
Responding to emails and phone calls in a timely fashion
Strong customer service skills
Management experience a must preferably portfolio management
