Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Portfolio Community Association Manager
As a Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) at RealManage, you will be the key ambassador, providing management, direction, and leadership to ensure the successful daily operations of a portfolio of community associations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving as a professional advisor to the Board of Directors of each community assigned.
- Acquiring and maintaining current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes, as well as the community’s documents, policies, and procedures.
- Providing weekly updates and ongoing reporting to the Board regarding collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activity.
- Running Board or Annual Meetings, creating monthly management reports, and making clear and concise recommendations.
- Assisting the Board with the selection of contractors and insurance carriers to maintain and protect the community.
- Overseeing vendor management, including the bid process, contract oversight, and approval of vendor payments.
- Developing and submitting complete and accurate annual budgets, ensuring thorough analysis and consideration for the goals of the association.
- Working with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and ongoing maintenance of finances, variance reports, and invoice processing.
- Building and fostering positive relationships with residents to ensure a high level of service, timely resolution of concerns, good communications, and continuous improvement in services for the community.
- Attending monthly Manager’s and training meetings as required.
- Conducting business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional, and ethical conduct.
- Displaying exceptional ability to analyze and deal with a variety of situations that could potentially be problems.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Florida state community association manager license required

- Minimum of two (2) years managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required
- CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diligent in meeting deadlines, maintaining a positive attitude, and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments within prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
Pay and Benefits:
$65,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.
