Job Description
Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Southern California. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large scale onsite communities and master-planned community associations. We are currently in search of a New Project Development Manager for our San Diego Office. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.
Summary: Manages a portfolio of developing community associations. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers including homeowners, board members, developers/builders, committee members and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and account retention. Builds and manages teams effectively.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Initiate and facilitate ongoing relationships with the developer’s Sales and Marketing team.
Initiate and facilitate the homeowner onboarding customer service program.
Oversee and manage lifestyle management programs.
Create and facilitate educational forums, providing an overview of the benefits of living in an association, and explaining the architectural submittal process.
Schedule & participate in common area turnover walks.
Review and manage turnovers in accordance of the BRE Budget.
Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations.
Meet with Associations 1-2 times a week.
Willingness to manage and assist in special projects.
Demonstrate consistency in all areas.
Provide leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices with regard to the management and oversight of their community.
Manage and run monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings.
Working extensively with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities.
Strong Knowledge of industry trends.
Create budgets and manage financials.
Compliant with company policies and procedures.
Client Satisfaction and Account Retention

Any additional job duties as required by supervisor.
Qualification Requirements
3-4 years of experience in HOA management.
New project development experience preferred
Organizational and computer skills.
CAI or CACM Certification(s) a plus.
Ability to multi-task.
Obtain strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education And/or Experience
3-4 years of experience working in a HOA management role.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
High School Diploma required.
