Job Description

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA, with offices throughout Southern California. Since 1982, we have led the way in providing superior customer care for our clients in planned-unit developments, condos, mixed-use, commercial, new project developments, large scale onsite communities and master-planned community associations. We are currently in search of a Community Association Manager for our Corporate office in Irvine. The responsibilities and qualifications are listed below.

 

Summary: Manages a portfolio of community associations. Provides excellent customer service while interacting with internal and external customers including homeowners, board members, committee members and vendors. Must maintain client satisfaction and account retention. Builds and manages teams effectively.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet with Associations 1-2 times a week.
  • Willingness to manage and assist in special projects.
  • Manage all operations for a portfolio of community associations.
  • Demonstrate consistency in all areas.
  • Provide leadership and consulting with our clients on best practices with regard to the management and oversight of their community.
  • Manage and run monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings.
  • Working extensively with Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners within the various communities.
  • Strong Knowledge of industry trends.
  • Create budgets and manage financials.
  • Compliant with company policies and procedures.

  • Any additional job duties as required by supervisor.

 

Qualification Requirements:

  • Must have a valid CA Driver’s License.
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to and from communities.
  • 3-4 years of experience in HOA management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Organizational and computer skills.
  • CAI or CACM Certification(s) a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Obtain strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience working in a HOA management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • High School Diploma required.
