CiraConnect is rapidly growing and has an exciting opportunity for a banking professional to join our Community Banking Services team team in servicing client management companies and community associations. You will have the opportunity to perform in a technology driven environment using our internally developed world-class accounting and financial reporting software. Responsibilities

The Community Banking Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of the Community Banking department and maintaining a relationship with CiraConnect's banking partners in a dynamic fast-paced environment. The position responsibilities include the following:

  • Manages all day-to-day operations of the Community Banking department
  • Oversees and provides leadership to the Community Banking team of specialists, including hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and development
  • Develops, implements, and maintains procedures, policies, key performance indicators (KPI), and metrics related to Community Banking
  • Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and track key metrics related to Community Banking
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the Community Banking process, reduce manual interventions, and enhance efficiency
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work output
  • Communicate professionally with banking partner relationship managers
  • Provides oversight and review over ICS accounts and other banking related compliance
  • Processing wire transfers
  • Make special requests and troubleshoot problems with banking partners
  • Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Qualifications for the position include:

  • 5-7 years of Banking experience required
  • Management experience required
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Ability to work in high volume.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Real estate or title experience preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service-oriented attitude

Pay and Benefits:

$65,000 to $85,000, depending on education and experience.
