Crest Management is looking for an exceptional Community Administrative Assitant/Community Assistant Manager to join our award-winning team. The Position

The Community Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing and supporting a community association while ensuring a high level of customer service.

  • Assist the Community Manager with preparation and execution of board meetings and annual meetings, including preparation of various handouts, packets, and reports. Assist with after-meeting duties such as completing action items and writing minutes, as needed.
  • Manage community amenity inquiries/reservations and distribute keys, cards, remotes, and tags.
  • Monitor and inspect communities for violations of the deed restrictions. Prepare reports, print, and mail letters regarding violations.
  • Process all incoming exterior modification requests and manage from receipt through final decision and communication.
  • Communicate with homeowners and boards by phone and email to resolve concerns and serve as a resource for questions and inquiries.
  • Serve as a backup to the Community Manager for emergency calls received after regular business hours.
  • Send various communications to homeowners.
  • Assist and/or facilitate Yard of the Month program and purchase/deliver gift cards as requested.
  • File and scan a variety of documents in order to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide coverage for the reception desk as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the needs of each community in the portfolio are met.

 

Are You a Fit?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to five years related experience and/or training.
  • Residential community experience preferred.
  • Experience reporting to or serving on a community association Board of Directors preferred.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
