Job Description

Fundamental Job Function:

Assist the Property Manager with all administrative functions relating to providing “true service” to the site community (residents) and the condominium association (board members).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides responsive customer service to all residents.
  • Composes communications to residents, board members and TDG to include but not limited to:
  • Violation Letters
  • Board Meeting Packages
  • Emergency forms
  • Welcome Packets
  • Sale of unit packets (as requested)
  • Community Newsletters
  • Updates to resident handbooks, or other similar documents, as changes occur.
  • All other communications as requested and approved by the Property Manager.
  • Process billbacks for property invoices utilizing invoicing and accounting software platforms.
  • Filing and purging of documents (both electronic and hard copies).
  • Answer phone(s), take messages, and follow-up appropriately.
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to both internal (TDG employees) and external customers (residents and board members).
  • Order office supplies as requested and approved by manager.
  • Conduct new resident orientations.
  • Other duties as requested.

Requirements

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact with all levels at the site, as well as Branch staff
  • Passionate about customer service and working as a part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Positive demeanor in all interactions and communications.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Microsoft Office experience; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint as well as some database platform experience.
  • Associate's degree, plus 1-3 years of directly related experience preferred. Will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.
