Job Description

The Community Attendant monitors resident and guest use of club facilities for adherence to the Rules & Regulations regarding facility use. In addition, will assist in functions/duties relating to operation and maintenance of facilities, and maintain verification of residents' membership to the club facilities, and surrounding facilities at the community.

Requirements

Duties include but are not limited to:

General Duties:

  • Inspect property for items not working (lights, sprinklers, gates, etc;)
  • Report the previous items to management
  • Monitor pool users and dog walkers
  • Enforce violations - using violation notice and report violation to management.
  • Other duties as assigned

Club House Duties:

  • Secure and lock club house at the end of work day.
  • Keep club house neat and organized.
  • Empty trash cans and clean windows monthly.
  • Remove any trash/ debris on grounds or in planters.
  • Conduct routine, daily, walk-throughs inspecting all Club areas and correcting/reporting deficiencies or problems as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Pools and Patio Decks Duties:

  • Skim pools when necessary
  • Return umbrellas left out
  • Reposition patio furniture
  • Empty trash cans
  • Power spray decks and furniture
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Interpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish fluent)
  • Wage Range: $15.50 - $16.00
