The Community Ambassador is responsible for administrative and front desk operations. Duties include, light cleaning, event registration, information dissemination, and assisting patrons by phone, email, and in person.

What You’ll Accomplish
- Greeting all homeowners upon entry and answering questions regarding hours, facility information, services, and programs
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails and other correspondence in a timely manner
- Performing opening / closing duties as assigned
- Providing prospective homebuyers with tours of the amenities
- Working closely with the team to facilitate communication goals
- Operating on-site facilities and ensuring inventory is well-managed, guests are served, and all health and safety standards are met
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma
- Minimum of six months’ experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- A positive, outgoing personality
- Ability to work as a team player, effectively communicate verbally and in writing, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and attend and community events as required
- Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of employment and have reliable means of transportation as a personal vehicle may be required to perform certain responsibilities
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify People Operations immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
