Job Description

Associa is currently looking for a Compliance Adminstrator to join our team. As a Compliance Administrator you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with the compliance team on where they will be going out for inspections
  • Answer any questions or concerns from Homeowners either by email, phone or in person
  • Run a report and see who needs to be scheduled for a Covenants Hearing
  • Schedule the Hearings; write and send the letters out through email and mail
  • Create a packet for each Homeowner who is scheduled for a Hearing (Packet includes, Pictures, Background information, and correspondence)
  • Attend all Covenants Meeting and Hearings (Run the visuals and answer any questions the Committee has)
  • Write the Hearing Outcome letters and send through email and mail
  • If the letters are ignored, call the Homeowner to make sure they got the notices and if so write a Fine letter.
  • Get that letter approved by the Assistant and General Manager before sending out through email and mail.
  • Run a detailed Report to show the Committees and Board what exactly is going on in with Inspections

Requirements

  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
