Role Description

This is a transition to full-time remote role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for managing a book of clients, providing risk management services, and delivering top tier customer service. The role will also involve working with our property management partners.

Qualifications

2 or more years experience as a

• Commercial Lines Account Manager at a retail agency.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of claims handiling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with association insurance coverage is a plus
• Experince in using multiple carrier quoting platforms and working with E&S business is a must.
• Ability to use Excel and other Microsoft Programs
• Experience is using AMS360 or similar agency management systems preferred.
