Responsibilities
Property & casualty insurance license required
Hybrid position - Plano TX
- Complete necessary insurance applications
- Gather documents and submit to carriers
- Prepare insurance quotes
- Review policies/endorsements for accuracy
- Maintain insurance policy information in our paperless environment
- Monitor new/renewal policies and certificates
- Request missing documents
- Input insurance information into proprietary database
- Monitor and respond to phone calls and e-mail
- Process endorsement requests
- Work on other projects as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
- Property and casualty license required
- Commercial lines insurance experience
- Renewal and new business quoting
- Account service
- Timely communication with agency clients and carrier representatives
- Familiarity with commercial property and liability coverages. Ability to address client insurance coverage questions by referring to the policy or reaching out to underwriters when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multitasking
- Follow up and follow through
- Hybrid work schedule
Pay and Benefits:
$56,000 to $65,000, depending on education and experience.
