A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to:
Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to:
Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.
Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.
Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.
Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.
Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
Professional customer service skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
Will report out of the North Richland Hills, TX office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
