Job Description

Job Summary

A Covenant Compliance Inspector/Enforcement Specialist Manager plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include but are not limited to: Reporting to the branch Director of Operations, managing the schedule for enforcement specialist properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct Covenant Compliance Inspections for home sales.
  • Notify cross functional teams of code issues by e-mail, MS Teams.
  • Lead a team of three by training, coaching, and mentoring to accomplish their duties in the most efficient manner.
  • Schedule systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain to achieve minimum property standards.
  • Manage third party vendor and workload.

Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Professional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
  • Remote, driving, and onsite
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Associate degree Preferred.
  • 1-3 years of directly related or closely related experience.
