We are seeking a part-time Code Enforcement Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the enforcement of rules and regulations per the governing documents in a premiere community. This is a part-time position of four days/20 hours per week.

Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Code Enforcement Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the enforcement of rules and regulations per the governing documents in a premiere community. This is a part-time position of four days/20 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Processes violations per the Rules and Regulations of the community
- Provides information by answering homeowner questions relating to violations and escalates questions that require attention from management when applicable
- Inspects equipment routinely used for compliance
- Maintains and updates photos and files in Software as well as hard copies
- Educates homeowners on rules and regulations
- Represents the company and communities by maintaining a professional and positive appearance and demeanor while working
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and communicating and coordinating with staff members
ills and Qualifications:
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be able to use Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiently
- Must be able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills/detail oriented
- Knowledge of compliance management and regulatory reporting preferred
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
- Must have a valid SC driver’s license
- Must pass a background check and drug test
