Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Technician to work within a luxury High Rise Condominium setting. As a Maintenance Technician with Rise, you’ll enjoy helping our clients achieve a high standard of care with their property management operations.

While working under the Facility Maintenance Manager, duties include but are not limited to:

  • Perform highly diversified maintenance duties.
  • Routinely inspects equipment and common areas.
  • Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed while performing work.
  • Properly utilizes equipment and follows safety procedures using this equipment.
  • Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
  • Maintains assigned equipment in good working condition.
  • Conducts walk throughs of the property and coordinates repair and replacement to light fixtures and fittings.
  • Property performs casual labor as needed.
  • Painting, flooring, and other minor building/community repairs.
  • Maintains records and prepares reports as needed.
  • Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and weekends as needed.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $22.60-$26.44 per hour DOE

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • Some college or technical training preferred.
  • Proficient working knowledge of painting, drywall, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
  • Two to three years of general building/community maintenance experience is strongly preferred or real estate
  • Strong customer service, communication, time management and interpersonal skills required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • CPO Certified or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
