The Clubhouse Attendant also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external clients.



  • Generates communication correspondence for our Associations (e.g. newsletters, meetings, memos, etc.).
  • Creates proxies, ballots, voting certificates per Association documents.
  • Understands Florida Statute 718, 719, and 720.
  • Checks and proofs Association budgets.
  • Reviews and analyzes Association documents.
  • Proofreads team members correspondence.
  • Coordinates and schedules notices appropriately with our Production Team.
  • Answers telephones promptly and assists Property Managers with questions and concerns.
  • Distributes electronic communication to owners via Association website.
  • Supports the Production Team with mailings, as needed.
  • Contributes by providing improvements within the Department to the Manager.
  • Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
  • May be assigned other duties by the Client Communications Manager.



Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:

High school diploma required. Associates degree with concentration in business preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CAM license is desirable, but not necessary.

Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:

Must possess high attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Computer Literacy:

Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook. Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy.

Language requirements:

Multiple language fluency is desirable, but not necessary.

Travel and availability requirements:

May be required to travel to Associations for annual and budget meetings. Ability to work extended hours, especially during the months of August to December and as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.; work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time, may fluctuate. May handle, grasp and lift objects and packages. Reach with hands and arms, communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building as required to meet the job functions; complete all required forms.

Working Conditions:

The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels.
