Clubhouse Attendant

This position provides a wide variety of support to residents onsite. Duties include set up for events, monitoring of pool and hot tub. Light cleaning required throughout the day. Supply replinishment of clubhouse, cafe, and fitness center.

• Supports residents utilizing the amenities
• Ensures all furniture is set up for event prior to scheduled start time
• Properly arrange furniture on pool deck
• open and close umbrellas as needed and during high winds/storms
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties.
• May be assigned other duties by the Client Communications Manager.

Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:

High school diploma required.

Experience/Knowledge/Abilities:

Must possess high attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong working knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Computer Literacy:

Intermediate command of computer hardware/software is required; specifically, knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Language requirements:

Multiple language fluency is desirable, but not necessary.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time, may fluctuate. May handle, grasp and lift objects, furniture and packages. Reach with hands and arms, communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information. Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building as required to meet the job functions; complete all required forms.

Working Conditions:

The majority of work will be completed outdoors, not in a temperature-controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels.
