This position reports to the SVP, Client Services, and interacts with Branch Operations and other Client Shared Service Center functional areas. Therefore, the candidate must have strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to lead a team of Treasury professionals and cross-functional teams. In addition, the candidate must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal, accounting, and leadership skills.

Position Overview

In addition, the candidate must be analytical and possess strong interpersonal, accounting, and leadership skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain stewardship of Client treasury activity, including HOA deposit concentration, wires, and account funding. Manage banking relationships and HOA BOD engagement/communication to drive deposits to Partner Banks enabling CSSC process efficiency, the most extensive Earnings Credits, and the best rates for Client deposits.
- Forecast Earnings Credit revenue across the Enterprise.
- Ensure the accounting of Earnings Credits is done accurately, timely, and properly allocated to the respective Business Units.
- Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships. Negotiate bank and service fees. Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations.
- Manage the ongoing operations and drive growth in the Associa Financial Services/Association Capital Advisors business to build the loan consulting activities with HOA BOD and CAMs.
- Prior experience with bank and debt capital markets and documentation is a plus, but an opportunity to learn for the right candidate.
- Oversee the negotiation, set-up, and conversion of Client deposits between banking institutions (Non-partner to Partner bank activity).
- Build reporting to provide monthly visibility to the Client deposit base with the ability to produce periodic and ad-hoc reporting quickly and without much labor.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. Develop and monitor treasury operational policies to facilitate SOC testing and reporting.
- Research and communicate economic and banking trends.
- Maintain and adapt the annual CSSC cost allocation model to allocate the CSSC costs across the supported Branches. Build related analysis and reporting to provide clear trends and bridge explanations.
- Build relationships with the Branch leadership as a confident and trusted advisor regarding Banking relationships and client deposits.
- Drive Partner bank marketing efforts across and with the Branch Operations.
- Act as the spokesperson for Branch Leadership with Partner bank institutions.
- Build analytics to highlight opportunities for growth or potential risks in the Client deposit base.
- As defined by the business, analyze, evaluate and mitigate operational, regulatory, and reputational risk.
- Supervise and Mentor employees on Treasury Services.
- Performs administrative tasks and duties on a timely basis.
- Regularly exercises discretion and sound judgment in the performance of these and other essential job functions.
Qualifications
- Must possess a BBA in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred or 10+ years of experience in cash management, capital markets, and/or corporate finance in a corporate or a banking environment.
- Strong analytical, financial, and systems skills are required.
- Certified Treasury Professional designation is a plus
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required.
