Professional Development: Participate in at least one association meeting monthly, embracing opportunities for growth and learning within the industry.
Efficiency in High-Volume Settings: Manage large volumes of calls with composure, upholding our standard of service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of clients and team members.
Organizational Prowess: Demonstrated skill in managing priorities and resources in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Competency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with property management software are essential. Ability to type 25 WPM.
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with fluency in English and intermediate math skills.
